FTC Level 2 | INTERMEDIATE (50 Hrs)
COURSE OVERVIEW
Welcome to the LEVEL 2 CBC | FTC where we will guide you to experience, embody and integrate your body, mind, heart and spirit. We believe, together, we can make a difference in the world and co-create a harmonious environment for all people. Dance is a social and integrative practice that connects people. We believe that everybody can dance as well as everybody can facilitate a dance event. We are passionate about dance practice and moreover to endorse dance as a healing practice accessible to all.
Level 2 | Intermediate, focuses the content of the course on the Soma; Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit with a special focus on the Mind, Intention and Perception, as well as on the behaviors of Rejection and Incorporation.
COURSE CURRICULUM
During the FTC LV2 – 50Hrs program, you will
- Cover the fundamental philosophy in Buddhism and specifically about the Law of Inter-Dependent Co-Arising – Paticca-Samuppada, Twelve Links, Five Clinging Aggregates, Three Basic Characteristics of the World (Theravada), Four Noble Truths, 8 Stages of Death Process (Tibetan)
- Cover The Self in Society and Relationships
- Cover two basic behaviors Rejection and Incorporation.
- Cover basic practice and history of Yoga focusing on a series of Asanas, Meditation (Samatha & Vipassana), Chakras and the Endocrine System.
- Cover basic practice on Thai and Abdominal Massage including a sequence for opening the Thai energy meridians.
- Special focus on the mind, intention and perception.
- Intermediate practices on facilitating, transpersonal leadership, compassion and holding space.
- Introducing Passing Through and intermediate Contact Improvisation practices.
- Practice and embody floor work and lifts in contact improvisation technique.
- Experiential Anatomy, 5 Fundamental Patterns and Somatics.
- Practice and embody yoga and yogic meditation techniques and mindfulness.
- A deeper embodied practice to the healing aspects of music within the CBC sessions

DAILY SCHEDULE
A Tentative Schedule for 7 Days Program
Morning (9:30-13:00) practice in dance integrating healing and spirituality modalities.
Lunch Break
Afternoon (14:30-18:00) practice will be focused on facilitation and what to take in account for becoming an experienced and professional facilitator in CBC as well as develop any of your personal skills and abilities at your work environment.

ACCOMMODATION:
For FTC Level 2, accommodation & food will not be prepared by the organization during the course period unless it is stated. (Please check the event calendar)

TRAVELLING: PASSPORT, VISA & VACCINE
Please make sure that your passport must be valid more than 6 months after your arrival to the location where the course will be held.
Please double-check in advance if you need a visa to enter the country where the course will be held. The participants need to be responsible for taking care of their own visa, and the organizer will not be responsible for participants visa application.
