PADHA | Proficiency in Advanced Dance and Healing Arts

The 1YR Professional Program is a unique full time 10-month multidisciplinary course. It is designed by Unity Space for the dance artists who seek to further develop their professional dance career. Dance artists will have the profound opportunity to delve deeper in different movement embodiment, healing and spiritual practices to achieve and become a pioneer of the 21st Century dance industry.

This experience will provide a unique and profound embodied and integrated state of the body, mind, heart and spirit by integrating dance, choreography, performance, with yoga, qigong, martial arts, meditation and mindfulness modalities.

Gliding Space | Teacher Training Course is a 4 weeks intensive dance & healing course that is open for dance artists who have had good dance experience and education and good knowledge and practice in dance.

The course is designed for the dance artists who wish to deepen their physical practice but also who are interested to integrate a eastern practices and philosophies into their dance practice to achieve a wholesome experience of a body, mind & heart.

Lead by the CBC founder Vangelis Legakis, CBC | FTC is a certified course that will introduce the fundamental techniques and philosophy of the practice, Contact Beyond Contact, which focuses on the Soma; Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit with a special focus on transpersonal development, the psychology and philosophy of how we relate from our hearts, and somatic transformation of what does not serve us anymore so as to find our passion and purpose.
