TERMS & CONDITIONS
COURSES & PROGRAMS
Registration and Deposit
Upon acceptance into the course, a non-refundable deposit, as specified for each course, is due within three working days to secure your spot. This deposit counts toward your overall investment.
Balance Payment
The full payment for the course must be completed as per the agreement with the organization. If you have arranged a payment plan, payments will be due according to that schedule. Failure to pay in full on time will result in cancellation of your spot, which may then be offered to someone on the waiting list, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel your participation in the course or program, you remain responsible for completing the full payment on time.
For late registrations, payment in full is required immediately to reserve your spot, in accordance with your agreed payment plan.
*We also offer a payment plan in installments, which can be arranged with the organization.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Withdrawal 60+ Days Before Start Date: 50% of the investment will be refunded, minus the deposit.
-
Withdrawal 30+ Days Before Start Date: 25% of the investment will be refunded, minus the deposit.
-
Withdrawal Less Than 30 Days Before Start Date: No refund is available; however, you may defer to another course date or transfer your spot to another individual (subject to Unity Space’s approval). This must be done within 1.5 years from the original course commencement date.
If you decide to withdraw after beginning the course, the full payment is still required.
For any specific arrangements made in writing between Unity Space and participants, those will be honored.
Any unresolved disputes will be addressed according to the laws of the country where the course took place. For serious matters outside the country’s jurisdiction, Hong Kong law will apply.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, or other calamities that jeopardise the execution of an event, course, or program, the organisation reserves the right to postpone the activity.
If such a situation arises:
-
Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates for the course or program.
-
The organization is not liable for any travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants as a result of these changes.
