Embodied Unity | ATTC Course Overview

1-2 Years – 3 Modules (300 Hours Program)

The Embodied Unity | Advanced Teachers Training Course is split in 3 modules that can be taken within 1-2 years. (Within 2020&2021 we are developing the teachers in CBC | FTC  levels 1-4 and we will be offering Embodied Unity ATTC throughout 2022)

MODULE 1: First 10-days module (having one day break in between)

Traditional Chinese Medicine incorporating the meridians, organs and planets within dance practice (contact improvisation, release, passing through), somatics, Taoist meditations and mindfulness referring to Taoist philosophy. Advanced practice in qigong for medical and healing purposes.

MODULE 2: Second 10-days module (having one day break in between)

Ayurveda medicine incorporating the Ayurvedic philosophy, advanced methods in dance practice (contact improvisation, release, passing through), somatics, yoga for healing, yogic meditations and mindfulness referring to Hindu and Buddhist philosophies.

MODULE 3: Third 16-days module (having two days break in between)

Focusing on all bodies (body, mind, heart, spirit) for a greater integration, detachment and equanimity.

Further advanced methods in dance practice (contact improvisation, release, passing through), somatics, yoga and qigong for healing.

Integrating Psychology and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, coaching, counseling and life development within dance practice.

A strong embodied teaching practice to create teachers to share the CBC | FTC Level 2.

 

NOTE:

*For the CBC | FTC accredited teachers, upon completion of all 3 modules, they will be able to teach CBC | FTC Level 2.

*For the accredited Gliding Space Teachers they can take the Embodied Unity ATTC course, however if they wish to teach CBC | FTC levels 1 & 2 they still need to complete CBC | FTC all levels 1 – 4.
