This is the experience of Zara during her journey in the last 10 years. Her work with the human body started 2012 when she finished her 2 years School of Massage,-and Bodytherapy. As a past professional Dancer she realized that our body needs attention and loving touch to function long term. After studying Health management Zara worked many years as a Body therapist for Dancers and Individuals, and also managed projects and tournees for the worlds best Breakdance Crew ‘Flying Steps’.

When she left her country Germany and started travelling beginning 2018, she explored Contact Improvisation and this led her to Contact beyond Contact of UnitySpace.

Zara is now CBC Facilitator (Lev 1+2) and part of the Unity Space Family to support different projects. She found her purpose in guiding human beings to a fearless expression through movement and individual bodywork with her caring and loving presence.
