THE COURSE
Welcome to the LEVEL 3 CBC | FTC where we will guide you to experience, embody and integrate your body, mind, heart and spirit. We believe, together, we can make a difference in the world and co-create a harmonious environment for all people. Dance is a social and integrative practice that connects people. We believe that everybody can dance as well as everybody can facilitate a dance event. We are passionate about dance practice and moreover to endorse dance as a healing practice accessible to all.
Level 3 | Advanced, focuses the content of the course on the Soma; Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit with a special focus on the Heart, Trauma Release, Emotions and Feelings, as well as on the behaviors of Destruction and Protection.
THE CURRICULUM
During the FTC LV3 – you will
- Traditional Chinese Medicine and the five elements in the Taoist philosophy for healing.
- Cover emotions, the development of emotions and trauma release.
- Cover basic practice in Craniosacral and Family Constellation.
- Cover and practice the behaviours of Destruction and Protection.
- Advanced practice in CBC integrating diverse dance, healing and spiritual modalities.
- Be introduced to the body-mind-heart-spirit interrelationship, by focusing on the heart, compassion and the art of forgiveness and letting go.
- Learn rituals for transforming unpreferable circumstances to move forwards in life.
- Learn and embody advanced methods about transpersonal leadership, compassion and holding space.
- Advanced practice on self-reflection, shadow work, individuation.
- Practice and embody advanced practices in contact improvisation, passing through, qigong, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
- Advanced practice and embodiment for Core Integrity, how to energetically connect with one another and let go.
- Advanced practice on all exteroceptive and proprioceptive senses for a greater embodied state.
- A deeper practice and embodiment working with music for CBC session.

THE SCHEDULE
A Tentative Schedule for 9 Days Program (includes 1 day break)
Note* This is only a residential course and can be taken only by invitation.
Early Morning (7:30-8:30) qigong or yoga practice
Breakfast
Morning (10:00-13:00) practice in dance integrating healing and spirituality modalities.
Lunch Break
Afternoon (15:00-18:30) practice will be focused on facilitation and what to take in account for becoming an experienced and professional facilitator in CBC as well as develop any of your personal skills and abilities at your work environment.
Dinner Break
Evening 20:00-21:30 (some evenings only) practice will be focusing on the facilitation of the participants with an audience (where is available depending on the place we offer the course)

PREREQUISITES
Who can join this course:
For Level 3, the CBC facilitators, who has already completed CBC | FTC Level 1 & 2, can register only by invitation and after they have demonstrated a good practice of facilitating CBC in their community or across the world.
The facilitator should have completed at least 20 hours of facilitating a CBC session (10 x 2 hour long CBC sessions) and need to submit a teaching hours records as well as short writings (1-2 pages) of their reflections, research, and feedbacks from the sessions they have facilitated.

Level 3 is only residential and participants will need to stay together at the resort the organisation will be offering the CBC | FTC LV3 (We will offer exception on specific circumstances only).
