My name is Eline, and through Evaya Essence I offer practices that invite you to connect with the wisdom from within. Rooted in dance, somatics, Eastern philosophies, and embodied awareness, my sessions and journeys support emotional clarity, nervous system balance, authentic expression, and deeper connection — with yourself, with others, and with life.
Each practice becomes a pathway to inner harmony, where body, mind, heart, and soul meet in stillness and in flow. Whether through individual, group, or team sessions, you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and realign with your essence.
Evaya Essence offers a grounded and heart-centered space for personal growth, emotional well-being, and creative expansion.

My journey wasn’t always easy. Trusting the unknown required courage. There were moments of fear, doubt, and unclarity. But in choosing to walk inward, I also began to relate differently to the outer world — with more compassion, love, authenticity, and openness.
What I now share comes from this lived experience — an experience that is ever evolving. A space that I am honoured to share alongside you, rooted in deep respect for each individual’s path. Through movement, breath, somatic awareness, and emotional presence, I invite you into a space where you can explore your own essence. To discover how your body holds wisdom, how your feelings can transform, and how your truth wants to be expressed.
It’s my heart’s calling to offer this work. To hold space for others as they navigate their own transitions, questions, and longings. A space where we can walk this path together — inward, through healing modalities, somatic practices, breath, and dance. A space to express, transform, and remember your true essence beneath the layers.
