Embodiment is helping me to be more present, at ease, resilient, focused, creative, and playful – and I am excited to share that with you. When I discovered CBC in 2019, it was a pinnacle experience of connection & understanding beyond language, of full aliveness. It was the first time my mind was fully in my body – not overflowing with analysis, but quiet, present.

I am happy to be a senior teacher of the Contact Beyond Contact dance and healing practice, which integrates Authentic Movement (on presence of what is alive within ourselves and express it through movement), Contact Improvisation (on movement through contact and shared weight), Passing Through (on connection to the whole group and environment), with psychology and philosophy, mindfulness, Qigong, Yoga, Thai Massage. Kundalini Yoga, Family Constellation, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Somatics, Behaviourism, Transpersonal Leadership, & the philosophies of Buddhism & Taoism. CBC was created by Vangelis Legakis.

I also teach the solo practice Integrative Somatic Arts, which focuses on the state of being rather than doing. ISA integrates Experiential Anatomy, Authentic Movement, Qigong, Yoga, Bartennieff Fundamentals, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral, other healing practices.

My movement path began in 2013, teaching Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. I focused on relationship with self, integration, intentional transitions, cues for sensation, & being curious about where there is discomfort and how to pass through this state to find ease and transformation. I explore Argentine tango, acro-yoga, flow arts, bodywork, and mindfulness meditations. I trained in Ashtanga (200hr) and Hatha Vinyasa (200hr).

I explore other movement-based practices such as Argentine tango, clay sculpture, guiding mindfulness and meditation (particularly open monitoring, sensory, walking, & kind attention), and somatic coaching.

My background is in Psychology from the University of Chicago, pursuing a masters in Positive Psychology Coaching, facilitating workshops on design thinking and creative problem-solving, and hosting discussion-oriented events and communities.
