Ageliki loves to explore life in every form. To feel the vibrations of all things alive and join in the dance of nature. She is guided by strong enthusiasm and openness to discover, the will to live fully and manifest the potential within.
A therapeutic practice developed from classical osteopathy: a study of the anatomy of the body, the connections of the structure, the interconnections of the different systems in the body. Cranial osteopathy was developed to look closer into the craniosacral system: the system that holds our central nervous system and the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and is most vital for our health; it is the conductor of our being.
The Biodynamic approach is the art of listening and allowing.
We listen and gently hold what IS , we facilitate and allow what CAN BE.
What IS there?
The physical – the mental – the emotional
Together they create a whole system.
What Can Change?
Change is not forced. Change happens organically when the whole system is ready to shift.
The complexity of the human system is not analized or interpreted intellectually, in Craniosacral Biodynamics it is sensed and felt; it is held respect-fully and care-fully and allowed to manifest itself, allowed to be active, to be alive. As practitioners we learn to be in touch with the essence of being, the life force (qi, or prana) and facilitate a process of change.
The choice of change is not ours but of a higher intelligence: the life force intelligence working for self preservation , homeostasis and health.
